The VCi Green Fund is a private equity fund, founded by Tom Rand in 2005. The fund is focused specifically on investing in technologies that reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from energy use, particularly CO2. Efficiencies and alternate sources are each considered target areas of application. Our first efforts are in building retrofits, geothermal, wind generation and small-vehicle electric transport.
